- Experience: Proven experience as a carpenter (often 4+ years for journey-level) or completion
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools (hammers, levels) and power tools (circular saws, drills, nail guns).
- Mathematical Skills: Strong math skills for calculating angles, dimensions, and material quantities.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in measurements and construction to meet quality standards
