Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the designated territory.
- Visit retail outlets regularly to generate orders and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail stores.
- Develop new customers and expand the existing retail network.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order processing and product delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns effectively in the assigned area.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records as per company policies.
- Ensure maximum market coverage and identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Plus Two (+2) or Degree qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and market analysis.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
