HR Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and support monthly payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee transportation, including route planning, vendor coordination, and resolving transport-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including ESI, PF, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Professional Tax (PT), and other applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate ESI and PF registrations, nominations, transfers, withdrawals, and employee grievance resolution related to statutory benefits.
- Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Liaise with government authorities and external consultants for statutory compliance and labor-related matters.
- Assist in preparing monthly HR and statutory compliance reports.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management activities.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, statutory benefits, and company procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive employee relations environment.
- Perform other HR administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge of ESI, PF, labor laws, payroll support, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in transport coordination and vendor management is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
