Primary Responsibilities:

Drives End-to-End Delivery:

The program spans multiple AI-enhanced workstreams; this role plays a critical role in orchestrating delivery across these AI-integrated teams, ensuring alignment of dependencies, timely escalation of blockers, and continuity across iterative releases

Leverage Smartsheet's AI and smart features to surface delivery insights and automate real-time dashboards, improving transparency

Ensure Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement: Aligns scope to Blue Chips, partners with IT/Business/Ops Readiness, facilitates change requests, balances team capacity vs demand, and presents regularly to executive forums (USP Monthly, PMC, Health Plan)

Leverage Copilot capabilities for streamlining documentation and accelerating cross-functional communication, reducing manual overhead and enhancing collaboration

Supports Full Lifecycle & Financial Governance: Oversees delivery through execution and warranty phases, while proactively managing budget tracking, variance resolution, and financial reporting accuracy

Leverage AI-driven capabilities for more accurate financial reporting and delivery tracking; Resolves and/or escalates budget variances in a timely manner

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years in program or release management, preferably in enterprise-scale migrations with multiple AI-enhanced workstreams
