Job Title: Payroll & Compliance Head
Location: Exotica D tower, Sec – 53, Saraswati Kunj, Near, South point mall, near Khatu Shyam Mandir, Gurugram.
Qualifications & Experience
* MBA-HR / MBA / Law or equivalent qualification.
* 8–15+ years of experience in Payroll & Compliance.
* Mandatory experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Manpower, Staffing, or
Workforce Management industry
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for security guards, supervisors,
housekeeping staff, and corporate employees.
* Ensure accurate attendance, overtime, minimum wages, deductions, incentives, bonus,
leave encashment, and salary disbursement.
* Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F), employee benefits, and statutory deductions.
* Monitor compliance with Minimum Wages Act, CLRA Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Shops
& Establishment Act, EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labor laws.
* Maintain statutory records, registers, licenses, labor files, and compliance
documentation for all branches/sites.
* Coordinate with clients, labor inspectors, PF/ESIC departments, auditors, and legal
authorities.
* Manage vendor, contractor, and manpower compliance requirements as per client
contracts.
* Ensure timely statutory filings, challans, returns, renewals, and audits.
* Prepare MIS reports, payroll reports, compliance dashboards, manpower reports, and
cost analysis reports.
* Lead and manage the payroll & compliance team across branches/sites.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll management, and statutory compliance in
security services industry.
* Hands-on expertise in PF, ESIC, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor
licensing.
* Strong knowledge of large manpower payroll handling and multi-location operations.
* Advanced MS Excel, ERP payroll software, HRMS, and reporting knowledge.
* Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical Skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
