Job Title: Online Math Tutor (Small Group & Personalized Instruction)

Role Overview
Grownicles Academy is hiring an engaging and dedicated Online Math Tutor to lead interactive small group classes for primary and middle school students. In this role, you will teach micro-batches of 3 students per class. Because students learn at different paces, you must be comfortable managing multi-level instruction and catering to up to 3 different lesson plans within a single session.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive online Math lessons for students in Grade 3 to Grade 6.
- Conduct daily small group sessions (3 students per batch) from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday).
- Manage differentiated instruction and adapt to individual learning paces within the same class group.
- Attend mandatory daily morning alignment syncs at 10:30 AM (Monday – Friday).
- Track individual student progress and address queries effectively during live sessions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience in online teaching (preferred grades: 3–6).
- Access to a reliable laptop/PC, high-speed internet, and a working pen tablet/graphic tablet.
- Ability to multitask and handle up to 3 individual lesson plans simultaneously in a micro-group setup.
- Strong communication skills in English and sound conceptual knowledge of K-12 Mathematics.
- Availability during specified class and meeting hours without conflicts.
