Job Role - IT Executive

Job Role:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support the daily IT operations across our properties and corporate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hardware, software, networks, and providing tech support to staff to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and networking issues).
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, internet connectivity, and firewalls.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, IT procurement, and repairs.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and documentation of IT processes.
- Ensure data backups, antivirus, and IT security policies are followed.
- Support implementation of new software applications and digital tools.
- Troubleshoot network issues and escalate to service providers or senior IT team if required.
- Provide on-site or remote IT support to various branches or franchise locations as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply).
- 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar IT support/technical role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, networking (LAN/WAN), routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, bio metric attendance, and POS systems (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to site locations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in interior design, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
- A keen eye for detail and strong aesthetic sensibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
