We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Bidder to generate business through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong proposal writing abilities, and experience in acquiring IT projects for digital marketing and software development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Prepare customized and winning proposals based on client requirements.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Communicate with international clients through chat, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for project estimation.
- Handle price negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in online bidding or IT business development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong proposal writing and client negotiation skills.
