About the Role:
Saraswati Group of Colleges, Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Accounts Head.
The role requires a highly experienced accounts professional who can lead and supervise the institution’s financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and manage overall accounting functions efficiently.
The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, compliance management, reconciliations, and coordination of institutional accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage overall accounts department operations
- Ensure timely bank reconciliation and financial monitoring
- Oversee GST & TDS compliance and monthly returns filing
- Manage accounting operations using Tally
- Monitor cash handling, budgeting, and financial controls
- Review party accounts reconciliation and ledger management
- Prepare and review financial reports and documentation
- Coordinate with management regarding institutional financial planning and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Accounts Background
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in accounts and finance management
- Strong expertise in GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial compliance
- Hands-on experience with Tally accounting software
- Experience in institutional, hospital, university, or multi-entity accounts management will be preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Strong leadership and accounts management abilities
