Role Overview :
Experience: 3–5 years: Strong UiPath development experience with hands on Orchestrator and production support exposure.
We are looking for experienced UiPath RPA professionals to design, develop, deploy, monitor and support enterprise automation solutions.
The role will involve both RPA development and production operations, including automation development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, performance optimization and continuous improvement.
The candidate should have strong hands on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator and should be comfortable integrating RPA solutions with APIs, web applications, Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities :
. Design, develop, test and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
. Develop scalable and reusable automation workflows following UiPath best practices.
. Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator components.
. Work with Orchestrator queues, triggers, assets, credentials, jobs, processes and robots.
. Develop automations integrating with: Web/UI applications REST/SOAP APIs Microsoft 365 Excel and other productivity tools Enterprise applications
. Develop robust exception handling, logging and recovery mechanisms.
. Implement reusable components and frameworks for RPA automation.
. Perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT support.
. Deploy automation packages across development, test and production environments.
. Monitor production automations, queues, jobs and bot execution.
. Troubleshoot failed jobs and identify root causes.
. Provide L2/L3 production support for RPA solutions.
. Analyze incidents and implement permanent fixes to reduce recurring failures.
. Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
. Maintain automation documentation, support procedures and knowledge articles.
. Participate in release and change management activities.
. Identify opportunities for process improvement and further automation.
. Work with business and application teams to understand process requirements and operational issues.
