Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, pricing, order status, and deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Order Management
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry into ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, and replacement requests.
Distributor & Sales Coordination
- Support distributors, retailers, and sales teams with order-related queries and documentation.
- Coordinate with field sales teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining service standards.
Complaint Handling & Service Support
- Record, investigate, and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, or service.
- Maintain complaint logs and ensure timely closure of cases.
- Work with quality, production, and supply chain teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain customer records, order details, and service reports.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track service metrics and provide feedback for process improvements.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
