· Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
· Site investigation, preparing logistics plan, Bulk materials source nearby and attending pre bid meetings & seeking clarifications from clients.
· Floating an enquiry and collection of offer with vendor negotiation, Analysis & Price comparison, updating costing works.
· Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties.
· To identify risk and opportunity in the proposal pricing in order to mitigate inherent risk at tender submission stage.
· Coordinating internal departments for Preparation of project construction plans & Schedules, staffs, Manpower & Equipment deployments, Organization charts and method statements and infrastructure requirements.
· To prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.
· Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
· Preparing Rate Analysis with logical risk factor pricing.
· Preparing the documents for E-Tendering, Qualification Criteria, Scope of Work, Floating of RFQ to various Vendors/Contractors, Collecting Quotations, Preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders received from companies.
· Preparing of Estimation and detailed costing
· Follow-ups with clients regarding Order /Convert inquiries into order.
· Updating the details on ERP
· Preparation of BOQ / Quantity Analysis from the drawings
· Preparing actual site measurement sheet
· Bill Quantity, Checking and verifying with Project Operations team.
· Extra and Excess Quantity check and verifying by architects and forward to Senior Engineers
· Preparation of comparison statement of the bills
· Checking the Measurement post completion of the projects.
· Lesioning with Stakeholders for all the related work
· Other activities as per management requirement.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
