Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage SKU masters in ERP and internal systems.
- Prepare and maintain sales, returns, and operational reports.
- Monitor order allocation status across marketplaces.
- Track and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) reports.
- Generate invoices on Amazon and other marketplace platforms.
- Perform marketplace reconciliations for Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
- Handle support claims and operational issues raised on marketplaces.
- Coordinate with vendors and marketplace teams for issue resolution.
- Validate product masters, pricing, inventory, and listing data.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for dimensions, weight updates, and operational activities.
- Identify and resolve catalog and listing-related issues.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in operational processes.
- Prepare MIS reports related to orders, logistics, and operational performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or service industry.
- Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and marketplace operations.
- Understanding of ERP, OMS, and WMS systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
