About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Manager on behalf our client Avni Travels, to oversee and drive operations, partnerships, and business growth across the assigned region for a travel company.
This role requires a highly communicative, proactive, and people-oriented professional who can manage teams, build relationships, and ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations within the region
- Ensure smooth execution of travel bookings, itineraries, and customer services
- Maintain high service quality and operational standards
Team Management
- Lead and manage regional teams including operations, sales, and support staff
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure team alignment with company goals and service standards
Client & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and travel partners
- Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer issues
- Ensure a seamless and premium client experience
Business Development & Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand business within the region
- Support sales initiatives and drive revenue growth
- Strengthen partnerships with hotels, transport providers, and travel vendors
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor regional performance, KPIs, and revenue targets
- Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership
Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or service industry
- Prior experience managing operations or multiple locations is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (critical for this role)
- Ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and high-pressure situations
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
