Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Create staff schedules, assign daily cleaning tasks, and provide ongoing training on cleaning methods and safety protocols.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct regular room and common area inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor the stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, order replenishments, and manage supply distribution.
- Guest/Client Relations: Respond to customer complaints or special requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams to ensure room turnovers and facility operations run smoothly.
- Hands-on Assistance: Step in to assist with cleaning duties during staff shortages or peak times.
Core Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping, ideally with prior supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of sanitation regulations, cleaning chemicals, and safety protocols.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent organizational time-management, and effective communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
