Friday to Monday | 12-Hour Shifts
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Weekend Operations Coordinator to support our senior living operations during weekends. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for staffing, scheduling, phone calls, marketing inquiries, HR support, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
- Find replacement staff and coordinate coverage for call-offs and emergencies.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls from employees, residents' families, vendors, and prospective clients.
- Handle marketing inquiries, provide information about services, and schedule tours or follow-up calls.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, onboarding support, employee communication, and documentation.
- Monitor camera footage and report any safety, compliance, or operational concerns.
- Prepare reports, update records, and assist with general administrative duties.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding staffing, incidents, and operational updates.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in scheduling, customer service, HR, administration, or healthcare support preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online systems.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Senior living, healthcare, home care, staffing, or customer service experience.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and handling urgent staffing situations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
