Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided databases and leads.

Explain company services clearly and professionally.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Follow up with interested prospects via calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer information.

Handle basic customer queries and direct complex issues to senior staff.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills. – Should be fluent in English

Comfortable speaking on calls for long durations.

Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

Positive attitude and convincing ability.

Prior tele calling, sales, or customer support experience is an advantage.
