Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, visas, and other travel services.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries received through calls, emails, social media, and websites.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
