- Handle telecommunication with customers and clients
- Coordinate with manufacturers regarding orders and dispatch updates
- Manage new leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities
- Support sales and marketing through WhatsApp, calls, photos, and digital communication
- Handle walk-in clients at office and exhibitions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up on orders, payments, and customer requirements
