Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and site visits.
- Present project features and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close residential property sales.
- Ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to booking.
- Meet assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong closing and customer handling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and performance-oriented.
