Job Description:
We are looking for IT professionals with experience in ATM/CRM technologies and techno-functional operations to support deployment, monitoring, and operational activities for self-service banking machines.The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of ATM/CRM machines, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing operational reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Support ATM/CRM deployment and rollout activities across locations.
- Handle day-to-day operational monitoring of ATM/CRM machines.
- Monitor ATM uptime, downtime, and performance metrics.
- Provide L1 techno-functional support and coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
- Track incidents and escalate issues to relevant teams when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to ATM/CRM performance.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to ATM operational performance and service availability.
- Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and internal teams for deployment and troubleshooting.
Skills Required:
- Experience in ATM / CRM technology and operations support
- Understanding of ATM deployment, monitoring, and rollout processes
- Experience with ATM performance monitoring (uptime / downtime tracking)
- Knowledge of techno-functional L1 support processes
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Experience- Experience working with ATM managed services or banking technology operations
- Exposure to self-service banking environments
Educational Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech / BSc IT / BCA / MCA
