Job Description
Interiocity is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Noida. With over 15 years of industry experience, Interiocity specializes in turnkey projects and facility management for both residential and commercial sectors. You will be responsible for transforming spaces into functional and aesthetic environments, coordinating closely with our HVAC division and civil teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and layouts for high-end residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards to communicate design intent to clients.
- Coordinate with the HVAC division to integrate centralized systems (VRV/VRF, Ducted) into the overall interior design.
- Manage turnkey execution by overseeing civil and interior coordination to ensure precision and long-term efficiency.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that align with the project budget and aesthetic goals.
- Maintain active communication with leading architects and corporate clients to ensure project satisfaction.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing for residential and commercial bays.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
- Strong understanding of load calculation support and its impact on spatial design.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with certified engineers and facility managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on "Stay Cool, Stay Hasslefree" service delivery.
