Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and client communication. The candidate should have good communication skills and experience working on job portals and recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, references, and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews
- Schedule interviews with clients and coordinate follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Handle candidate negotiations and joining follow-ups
- Generate daily recruitment reports and updates
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Maintain professional communication with clients and candidates
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals
- Basic understanding of HR recruitment process
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring and Boolean search
- Experience working in consultancy/recruitment agency preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA HR preferred
- Any specialization can apply
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
