Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive team, particularly the CEO or senior management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
- Organize and attend meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed (optional, depending on role).
- Coordinate with departments to support the executive’s objectives and deadlines.
- Manage office supplies, expenses, and petty cash if required.
- Track and remind about key tasks, deadlines, or project milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹11,570.80 - ₹25,380.41 per month
