Job description
Category management of Kitchen Cookware and Kitchen Storage, inventory management, new vendor identification, new product sourcing & development, knowledge of category is must.
Category Management:
Develop and implement category strategies to optimize product assortment and maximize sales and profitability. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform category strategies.
Conduct regular category reviews and adjust strategies as needed to meet market demands.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline inventory processes.
Analyze sales data to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Vendor Identification and Management:
Identify and evaluate potential new vendors to expand the product portfolio.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to secure the best deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
Product Sourcing and Development:
Source new products that align with market trends and consumer needs.
Oversee the development of new products, including product design, packaging, and pricing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new product
launches.
Category Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Kitchen Cookware and Kitchen Storage categories.
Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
Educate and train internal teams on category trends and product knowledge.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
