Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support and coordinate all internal marketing activities across Magsons stores. The role focuses on executing in-store promotions, branding, marketing campaigns, and coordinating with store teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate the installation of posters, banners, standees, and other branding materials.
- Ensure timely implementation of offers and promotional displays across stores.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and store teams.
- Conduct store visits to maintain branding standards.
- Support festive promotions, store events, and new product launches.
- Maintain marketing material inventory and campaign reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, Trade Marketing, or Visual Merchandising.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel across Magsons stores in Goa.
