Role Summary
Provides administrative support to HR Team. HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee life-cycle processes as well as assisting general administrative duties. Role is responsible for reporting and using data to identify operational inefficiencies and helps to recommend and improve or innovate processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible. The right candidate will be detail oriented and comfortable with Excel.
Role Responsibilities –
- Provide initial support for requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization, including employment verifications, onboarding, time and leave, policies and procedures, and other simple and complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Provides transactional and administrative support for HR processes such as Leaves of Absence Administration, Employee life cycle data administration, Administer Separation, Administer Comp & Benefits Changes.
- Providing support for HR Business partners and Business Leaders including but not limited to the Reporting, Data correction and updates in SAP SF
- Managing Data Quality - Ensure that data is up to date, drive the processes, and ensure audit reports are clean & accurate in the HCM system
- Administers new hires, changes, and separations in the organization
- Supports the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file management with a high level of accuracy and discretion
- Handle complex employee requests requiring research, analysis, and follow-up - Leaves of Absence Administration, Employee life cycle data administration, Administer Separation, Administer Comp & Benefits Changes.
- Support HR Business Partners and Leaders with reporting, data corrections, and escalated queries.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of HR data.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates on processes and system navigation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR Operations.

Qualification –
- Minimum 1-5 years’ work experience within Employee Data Management operations
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream)
- Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
- Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
- Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
- SAP ECC/other ERPs working knowledge will be a plus
