Location: Vistas Media, Bhopal
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive who understands social media trends and wants to build a career in digital marketing and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
- Schedule, publish and monitor daily content across all client and company profiles.
- Assist in increasing followers, engagement, reach and lead generation through organic social media activities.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on growth, engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions when required.
- Research trending topics, viral content formats and industry-specific trends.
- Identify engaging hooks and key moments from long-form videos.
- Create short clips, reels and social media snippets using tools such as CapCut, VN Editor or similar mobile/desktop editing software.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and content creators to ensure timely content publishing.
- Analyze competitor activities and suggest content improvements.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with CapCut, VN Editor or similar video editing tools.
- Ability to identify attention-grabbing hooks and convert long videos into engaging short-form content.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of social media trends, hashtags and audience engagement techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing and social media analytics.
