Position: Store & Dispatch Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory using ERP/Tally/MS Excel.
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Prepare and process Material Issue Slips (MIS), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Challans, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Project/Site, Production, and Logistics teams for timely material availability and dispatch.
- Plan and execute dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery to project sites or customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management about reorder requirements to avoid stock shortages.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities while ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards within the store area.
- Coordinate with transporters and vendors regarding dispatch schedules and delivery status.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports for management.
- Handle damaged, excess, returned, or obsolete materials as per company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of store management, inventory control, and dispatch processes.
- Experience in handling construction materials, steel, cement, structural components, or plant equipment.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, Tally, MS Excel, and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with GRN, PO, Delivery Challan, Material Requisition, and Stock Registers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures.
Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in Construction, Infrastructure, PEB, Steel Structure, Manufacturing Plant, or Industrial Projects.
- Experience in managing large-volume inventory and coordinating dispatch for multiple project sites will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
