Job Summary
The Chief de Partie – Pan Asian Cuisine is responsible for handling the Pan Asian kitchen section and ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of Asian dishes including Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and other Oriental cuisines. The candidate should maintain food quality, hygiene standards, and smooth kitchen operations while supporting the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present Pan Asian dishes as per hotel standards and recipes.
- Handle the Pan Asian section independently during operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and food presentation.
- Prepare sauces, stocks, marinades, sushi items, noodles, dim sums, stir-fried dishes, and other Asian specialties.
- Supervise Commis chefs and kitchen assistants in the assigned section.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness according to food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, food stock, and kitchen supplies for the section.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items.
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth guest service and timely delivery.
- Assist in buffet preparation, special menus, promotions, and banquets.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards of the hotel.
- Train junior kitchen staff in Pan Asian preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine in hotels or specialty restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and other Asian cooking techniques.
- Experience in wok cooking, dim sum preparation, sushi basics, and Asian sauces preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred.

Working Hours
As per hotel operational requirements and shift schedules.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
