Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Property Consultant to manage end-to-end real estate operations. This role involves a mix of field visits, client relationship management, and property maintenance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling, meeting new people, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Networking: Conduct site visits with potential buyers or tenants and explain property features and benefits.
Property Management: Regularly visit listed properties to ensure they are well-maintained and ready for viewing.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
Deal Negotiation: Act as a bridge between buyers and sellers to negotiate fair prices and rental terms.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and investors.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, sale deeds, and other legal paperwork.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language).
Negotiation: Proven ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Real Estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate or Direct Sales is preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome to apply.

Base Salary: Competitive monthly fixed pay.
