Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Student Counselor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospective students, convert inquiries into admissions, and guide them in choosing the right hospitality education program.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students regarding hospitality education programs, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions by building trust and maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and counseling sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hospitality, Business, or related fields preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving admission targets.
- Proficient in MS Office

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives based on admissions.
