We are looking for a functional consultant with strong compensation & benefits domain knowledge who can partner with business stakeholders and deliver effective, scalable compensation solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Requirements
✔ SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification (Mandatory)
✔ Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits processes, including salary planning, bonus planning, and annual compensation cycles
✔ Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation
✔ Minimum 1 support project experience
✔ Experience in compensation cycle enhancements and support
✔ Ability to independently drive compensation-related activities
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Good understanding of other SuccessFactors modules
✔ Experience with custom compensation statements is a plus
