- Handle patient calls and enquiries.
- Schedule consultations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams.
- Maintain CRM records and reports.
- Convert leads into consultations/enrolments.
- Provide empathetic patient support.
- 1–2 years' experience in healthcare/customer support/inside sales preferred.
- Strong English & Hindi communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Meet monthly conversion and patient satisfaction targets.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
