Job Description
The RMS Executive will be responsible for monitoring and managing client risk exposure across Equity, Derivatives, Currency, and other capital market segments. The role involves ensuring compliance with exchange regulations, implementing risk controls, monitoring client positions and margins, and supporting daily broking operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily BOD and EOD risk management activities.
Monitor client positions, margins, exposures, and trading limits on a real-time basis.
Manage margin calls, alerts, position square-offs, and collateral valuation.
Set up and maintain client accounts, trading limits, and risk parameters in trading systems.
Monitor restricted, illiquid, and banned securities as per exchange guidelines.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and internal risk management policies.
Coordinate with Dealing, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams for risk-related activities.
Review and implement regulatory circulars and exchange directives within prescribed timelines.
Support collateral management, reconciliations, AML monitoring, and reporting activities.
Participate in UAT, system enhancements, process improvements, and migration projects.
Liaise with exchanges, depositories, custodians, and other market intermediaries.
Escalate risk breaches and ensure timely resolution as per defined policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Equity Cash, F&O, Currency Derivatives, margins (SPAN, Peak Margin, EOD Margin), and broking operations.
- Understanding of SEBI and Exchange regulations related to stock broking and risk management.
- Experience in handling broking risk desk and trading risk systems.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and trading/risk management platforms (Korp, TechXL experience preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Risk Management, Broking Operations, or Capital Market functions.
- Prior experience in a stock broking organization required.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
