About the Role :-
Galaxy Pizza / Insta Restaurant Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end recruitment for our restaurant operations and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Restaurant, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industry and should be capable of handling high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate joining.
- Recruit for restaurant operations and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, recruitment consultants, networking, and walk-in drives.
- Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets of 30–40 positions.
Eligibility Criteria :-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Restaurant, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industry.
- Experience in high-volume hiring is essential.
- Candidates currently residing in Delhi or Delhi NCR will only be considered.
- Candidates must be willing to work from our Training Centre – Ghitorni, New Delhi.
Preferred Background :-
Candidates with experience in restaurant chains, cafés, casual dining restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, or other organized food service companies will be preferred.
Skills Required :-
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interviewing abilities.
- Experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, and other hiring platforms.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.
