Job Overview
Reco Architects is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our client network and generate new business opportunities in the residential and commercial architecture, interior design, and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients, builders, developers, and corporate customers.
- Promote the company's architecture, interior design, and turnkey construction services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Good understanding of interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in interiors, construction, building materials, or real estate.
