Position : Senior Architecture Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural design and drawing production for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Review architectural drawings to ensure compliance with building codes, authority regulations, and project standards.
- Coordinate closely with Structural and MEP teams to achieve clash-free, integrated designs.
- Review and respond to comments from clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Ensure timely incorporation of coordination and authority comments into architectural drawings.
- Prepare and manage documentation for authority submissions and NOC approvals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of architectural outputs.
- Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and provide technical clarifications.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of architectural deliverables.
- Support the project team in resolving design and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- UAE project experience will be a strong advantage.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Revit Architecture (Preferred)
- SketchUp / Lumion / Adobe Photoshop (Added Advantage)
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Local building codes and authority approval procedures.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong architectural detailing and drawing review capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and lead coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
