College Guru is a leading educational guidance organization committed to helping students explore academic opportunities and make informed decisions about their higher education. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Academic Counselors to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Guide students on courses, admissions, colleges, and academic opportunities.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Ensure a positive and professional student experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
