Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair split‑inverter, window, cassette, VRV/VRF, and central AC systems across hotel guest rooms, banquet halls, and common areas.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance of AC units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ducting systems.
- Detect gas leaks, conduct gas charging, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintain logbooks and service records for all equipment as per PPM schedules.
- Coordinate with hotel maintenance and engineering teams to ensure minimal guest disruption.
- Follow safety standards and hotel‑specific SOPs during on‑site work.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / HVAC or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in AC installation, servicing, and repair (hotel, commercial, or residential projects preferred).
- Familiarity with split ACs, inverter technology, gas charging, and basic electrical wiring.
- Own two‑wheeler or valid driving license and ability to travel between hotel properties.
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English), punctuality, and customer‑friendly attitude.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in hotel or hospitality sector AC maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems.
Pay: ₹10,631.44 - ₹18,000.00 per month
