Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven professional to manage digital communication, content planning, and online brand presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking across digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Plan and implement platform-specific social media strategies.
- Manage daily activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content regularly.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
- Track industry trends and identify opportunities for content improvement.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms.
Content Creation & Communication
- Develop creative content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Write captions, articles, campaign content, and promotional communication materials.
- Convert technical or detailed information into clear, audience-friendly content.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and project teams for content planning and approvals.
Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather campaign requirements and content inputs.
- Monitor campaign progress and suggest optimization strategies when required.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor key digital metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and audience growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use data to improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in social media management and content development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
