We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our team for our housing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision and a thorough understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all site activities, ensuring work is executed as per project timelines and quality standards.
- Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Collaborate with the Site Engineer to ensure smooth progress and resolve site challenges effectively.
- Utilize 2D AutoCAD software for reviewing designs and assisting in necessary modifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards on-site.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the housing construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and executing construction drawings.
- Hands-on experience and understanding of 2D AutoCAD software.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and supervise site activities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
