Location: Umiam, Ri-Bhoi District, Meghalaya
We are looking for an experienced and professional Spa Therapist with excellent English communication skills to join our wellness team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness therapies.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a relaxing spa experience.
- Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and spa products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Follow all health, safety, and spa operational procedures.
- Maintain treatment records and support spa service promotions when required.
Requirements
- Minimum years of experience as a Spa Therapist.
- Knowledge of various massage and spa treatment techniques.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
