Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the luxury real estate segment. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven sales track record.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales closures for luxury residential and investment projects
- Manage and convert high-quality leads into successful transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients and investors
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives (if applicable)
- Collaborate with developers and channel partners for exclusive deals
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Key Requirements
- years of experience in real estate sales (luxury segment preferred)
- Strong understanding of Gurugram real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to handle HNI clients with professionalism
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented
