The Fabric Production Incharge is responsible for managing the production process of fabrics, ensuring quality standards, overseeing production teams, and maintaining efficient workflows. This role involves supervising day-to-day operations, managing resources, ensuring safety compliance, and continuously improving production efficiency.
- Production Supervision: Oversee all phases of fabric production, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and supervise production staff, delegating tasks and ensuring optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure fabric meets quality specifications, conduct inspections, and resolve quality issues.
- Material Management: Ensure availability of raw materials and coordinate with the procurement team to manage inventory.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve production efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular safety audits, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine downtime, and quality checks. Report production status and issues to management.
