We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Public Relations Executive to build strong relationships with patients, doctors, and the community, and promote our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with an understanding of healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle patient and visitor enquiries professionally.
* Maintain good relationships with patients and their attendants.
* Address patient feedback, complaints, and grievances promptly.
* Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments to ensure smooth communication.
* Support patient admissions, appointments, discharge, and related enquiries.
* Support hospital marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
* Promote hospital services and maintain a positive image of the hospital.
* Maintain records and prepare regular reports related to PR activities and patient feedback.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MSW / MHA / Public Relations .
* 1–2 years of experience in hospital PR, patient relations.
