Job Overview -
We are seeking a results-driven IT Business Development Executive / Manager with proven experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international direct client closures and managing domestic and international staff augmentation engagements.
This role requires strong ownership of the sales lifecycle, structured execution, and the ability to close high-value service-based IT deals across Web2 and Web3 domains.
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Drive international direct client closures (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC)
- Handle staff augmentation sales for both domestic and international markets
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
- Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and commercial documents
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and engagement models
- Build, maintain, and track a strong sales pipeline and revenue forecasts
- Convert prospects into long-term strategic client relationships
- Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and technical teams for smooth execution
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and revenue tracking
Required Skills & Experience -
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT Business Development / IT Sales
- Strong exposure to Web2 and Web3 service offerings
- Hands-on experience in Staff Augmentation and Service-Based Sales
- Proven track record of international client acquisition and deal closures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience handling monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Good understanding of IT technologies, delivery models, and pricing structures
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
