Oversee daily store operations, manage sales, staff, inventory, customer service, and visual merchandising. Ensure target achievement, stock accuracy, cash handling, and team performance. Prepare reports, maintain discipline, resolve customer concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies. Cloth Retail management experience is preferred.
