· Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers.
· Providing detailed analysis and explanation of transactions.
· Handling calculation of employee’s salaries
· Maintain record of Inventory, Office assets
· Preparing sales invoice, Performa and maintain that record
· Follow up with vendor/clients regarding payment
· Working with the company’s accounts payable functions – maintaining invoice
payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and managing vendor
contracts.
· Preparing monthly financial and various detailed reports.
· Being familiar with Indian companies’ laws and be able to research and interpret new
laws.
· Work with company CA for compliance-related activities, including but not limited to
financial documentation.
· Facilitate all statutory audits for the company.
· Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office
operations.
· Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and
cash flow statements.
· Analysing accounting data to provide financial information to management.
· Documenting financial transactions and reconciling discrepancies
· Recommending financial policies and procedures based on the company's financial
status
· Calculating taxes and submitting tax returns
· Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information and backing up databases
· Monitoring the efficiency of accounting procedures and ensuring they comply with
regulations
· Creating, reviewing, and presenting budgets
· Providing guidance on revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and profit maximization
· Cooperating with auditors in preparing audit reports
