Experience: 5+ Years of Core Corporate Experience (Mandatory)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate timely freight invoices, debit notes, and credit notes for sea export and import shipments.
- Job Costing & Margin Analysis: Verify actual costs (freight rates, local charges, THC, and CHA fees) against estimated costs to track job-wise profitability.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Reconcile vendor ledgers and process payments for shipping lines, overseas agents, transport vendors, and customs brokers.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Monitor outstanding client invoices, perform regular follow-ups, and assist in collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure accurate handling of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations in alignment with management directives.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare accurate management reports detailing shipment profitability, outstanding balances, and monthly revenue.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
